Power plants, cement manufacturers, waste incinerators and refineries are increasingly required to comply with more stringent emissions regulations such the Industrial Emissions Directive (IED, known also as IPPC Directive) and Large Combustion Plants Directive (LCP Directive) and the Waste Incineration Directive (WID).

In order to reach these emission limits for Nitrogen oxides (NOx), CF supply the Ammonia reagent needed to combine with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) or the Selective Non Catalytic Reduction (SNCR) technology to convert damaging NOx gases to Nitrogen and water.
